The Code Crew concept was designed and brought to life by Howard Kiewe, seasoned technology veteran and current President. While doing field research as an outsourcing analyst, he was surprised to discover the depth of untapped technical talent available in the Philippines. Marketing agencies and eLearning vendors in need of digital and mobile development services seemed to be a good match for these resources, so after extensive consultation with industry leaders, he formed Code Crew.
The ambition was simple: to help marketing agencies and eLearning vendors create powerful customer experiences by providing development skills that are accessible, affordable, and of the highest caliber. In other words, Code Crew wants the opportunity to build your digital vision.
The Code Crew is big and has a deep bench. Between directly managed resources and our certified development partners in Manila, we have over 300 talented technical crew members with skills across the coding spectrum.
Taking inspiration from Silicon Valley, we embrace a collaborative work style that encourages creative input from each crew member and rewards them with a relaxed working environment and opportunities to succeed.
Through our local partners in key centers, we work with you to define your requirements, ensure your designs are technically sound, and keep you in the loop as our technical crew brings your designs to life.
